Refund policy

RETURNS
Our refund and exchange policy has a duration of 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
We proudly offer free returns and exchanges for all our products. In order to qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition as received. Please note that we cannot accept damaged, worn, or washed products for return after the purchase has been made.

REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly send you an email notification acknowledging the arrival of your returned item. Following this, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to the original method of payment or credit card used, within a designated timeframe.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund, we kindly suggest checking your bank account or credit balance once again. Subsequently, we recommend contacting your credit card company or bank as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES

It is important to note that exchanges are limited to items of comparable value to the one you wish to exchange. The exchange process incurs no additional costs. However, in the event of a second exchange, a fee of LKR 750 will be applicable.
SHIPPING
